have been going Ramayana's for many years and never had a problem, never been to the pet shop so can't comment. Find it hard to believe they spat on the floor in front of you. I know spitting in Indonesia is common but I have never seen anyone slag inside a department store. I love shopping in Matahari's as well but what irks me there is they are all over you like a rash especially in the jewellery department it is as though you are going to nick an item, the thing is anythings of great value are behind glass. Give me Ramayana's for a peaceful browse anytime.
