Perhaps you have a good point.There is no other forumite who has advised of similar occurrences to those described by MsJena and so it maybe a one off incident or even fictional. I am not saying it is but simply alerting others to this unlikely possibility.
As others put forward a compelling case for the centre in question perhaps we should watch this space over the next few months in order to come to a fair view.
