Just short statement regarding the BIMC .
I do live in Bandung, West Java, and it is quit expensive here. We are using a new Hospital (Grup RS Boromeus) one of the best, like a 5 star hotel
I went for an ear infection and with the medication and consultation only paid 270.000rp
One more thing: If you want to become a member with the BIMC (this is for people who live in Bali) for a family will cost you 7.000.000rp per year and when you read the 'what you get for this' you'll find out that it is very little, more or less only some free consultations and some discount. So if you are a member and you will need to go for an ear infection it will cost you very little less.
My opinion is that they are charging MUCH over the top only because they are in Bali and it is NOT fair, foreigner or not foreigner.
I have been to Bali many times and I will move to Bali very soon but I will not...............if I get the chance.
