but unfortunately live on the GC. Was sent home to await "word" on when we might get away. Didn't hear anything until 8.30pm! We certainly tried to get info prior to this but to no avail. Found out about the charter of MA Jet out of Brissie the following day due to take off at 4.30pm but bit dismayed to find that this flight too wasn't hitting the air until 7.00pm!! Lost one nights accomodation in KL and missed the connecting flight to Bali altogether. We couldn't be accomodated on another Bali flight for 2 more days. Lost prepaid accom. in Bali and got to know KL better than we ever really wanted to. Anyway, moral of the story - don't forget your travel insurance!!!!! Would I fly with Air Asia again? Yep!! Sometimes you just can't help bad luck but I would like to think that they can improve on the flow of information to their customers who may have the misfortune of unforseen delays in the future. Never did get to Bali. Guess we'll just have to start planning our next trip!!
