you can tell them you live out of town???? We rang AA from the hotel (bill was only 80c) and waited 45mins b4 got thru to change our booking for Bali flight! Others tried to ring and gave up waiting. The extra delay out of Brissy was unexplained but flying MH always worth the wait! Have received email from AA stating delays for travel insurance since returning home....didnt get that last time!!
