Do not use the ATM situated next door to Celebes Hardressers in Padma Utara. I used it in August, 2008, to withdraw some money and my Credit Union has contacted me today to ask about what appeared to be an irregular use of my card. Irregular all right!!!! Transactions in Tanzania have cleaned my account out completely and there are others transactions waiting to be processed.
I now have to fill in a Stat. Dec. and wait 45 to 60 days hoping that they may be able to get some money back for me.
The ATM in question is the only transaction I have used in recent times, so it can only have been skimmed (or whatever it is called) there. so be very wary.
