when in bali in 2006, i was cleaned out, they got $6000, i was left with no money, done all the usual contacting from bali and back in oz, but at the end of the day, got 'not 1 cent back', there answer was, yes it was 'scamming' and there was nothing they could do about it, the insurance company where so nice NOT! and offered me $200 australia, which therefore i do not use that co. anymore, due to these circumstances happening i now never use ATM in bali, i take the cash with me.
