I posted several weeks ago with my problem with Jetstar cancelling flights to KL for passengers such as ourselves travelling onto Bali
for 3 weeks I have been assured by Jetstar they will get us to our destination until I saw a post here on thursday saying refund only.
I phoned yesterday and this is correct, they will not assist even though I said just get me to Bali. Refund and that is it.
It is going to cost us ea $400 extra to now get to our holiday as the fares are more expensive and our connecting flights do not align but Jetstar will not assist with this. This is after our voucher that they will be issuing.
Insurance will not cover
fair trading cannot assist.
I have sent the story to today tonight to see if they are interested in this customer service or lack or it from "Best Low fares airline in the world" was a joke.
1st I was affected 4 days before flying with the Air Paradise crash and now this.
but i got to Bali when that happened and I will get to Bali with this, but it is very hard, as it is 2 sole parent mums and 2 university students, so funds are extremely tight with lots of savings and going without to have these addicting holidays.
Is anyone interested in collaborating my story if TT pick it up
