I didn't pay full price for our k.l. tickets I got the same cheap tickets as you sue and kids, but we did purchase full price return tickets from Bali, maybe that's why we got them and I didn't scream I JUST INSISTED A REFUND WAS NOT AN OPTION.I did really hope this would help you,It really is not fair.
