BAD NEWS;
i have just spoken to jetstar
and they have informed me that
the sydney to KL flights are cancelled
and they are saying that no alternative flight can be arranged
so they will offer a full refund plus a $100 voucher
for all of us going to bali,
it will cost so much more for the tickets that we got on sale
we have booked accomadation and flights to bali on air asia
that we cannot get refunds for
also flights back from bali to sydney
i am so angry and disappointed
the guy we talked to suggested that we put it in writing and send it to thier main office
as he said we had a good case.
