I know they could not help when the other bali airline went belly up (that was 4 days before our flight and now this).
But I think I heard that they could not help as it was not an Australian based airline, but this is and I think it is time someone held Jetstar accountable.
They have cancelled flights to Japan and KL from September and this will have affected many as the bookings were up until May 2009.
We have booked and paid for connecting flights accommodation etc, and going onto Bali, but now we have nothing.
THey have been telling me for 3 weeks that they would be offering alternatives and getting us to KL now this.
