I am looking at making the same trip myself. Be aware Air Asia is point to point which means you have to collect your luggage in KL, go through immigration and customs and re -check your luggage in on the kl - bkk flight. The airline frequently runs late and if you miss your connection, you've done your money cold. I would allow at least 3-4 hours between flight arrival and departure to allow for this. However, they are miles cheaper than your other alternatives from bali to bangkok.
