we have booked and paid for our Air Asia tickets from Bali to Bangkok via KL.
This time we are just transiting thru KL but have stayed there on prior trips.
You do have to collect your baggage with this airline, and go thru immigration etc.
The flights often have changes so be sure you have left ample time between flights.
