I have booked some friends with Air Asia going from Bali to Bangkok via Kuala Lumpur, my question is: seeing that Air Asia is essentially a point to point airline and doesn't sell fares from Bali to Bangkok in one booking, you have to make two separate bookings but can they book their luggage through from Bali to Bangkok seeing it is all the same airline or do they have to collect it in KL and go through customs before boarding their plane from Kl to Bangkok? Would they be classes as "In Transit"? Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks, Karen
