Jan 1st - Jan 28 = 29 days
April 14th April 29 = 15 days
July 7th - July 22 = 16 days
Sept 29th - Oct 14 = 16 days
Dec 15th- dec 31 = 17 days

Total = 93 days out of 365 = 25.47%

Most people would rather "put up" with kids, particularly those aged 5-12 than with the DEMANDING public for 7 HOURS per day which most of the rest of the workforce does. All others get 28 days leave.
