what do they do in their "non contact" time?
What other occupation gets a 30 min break for morning & afternoon recess & is required at work from 9.00 to 3.45 most days?
After 5 kids at school over 17 years I feel well qualified to comment.
As most teachers work within mediocrity they think it is the norm.
