working as a nurse, nurses aide etc or work entirely for commission for a week or three or even as a private school teacher to appreciate what a REAL job is.
Put all teachers on contract & pay the greedy sods for the hours they work.
Your preparation in most cases could be used from year to year. Be honest, how often do you mark etc?
Mostly turning out illiterate, irresponsible uneducated adults on to society.
