We took a container of betaferon and syringes and the Qantas cabin crew kindly let us stow it in the galley fridge for the journey.
We got our doctor's letter translated into Bahasa Indonesia and handed both versions to the customs officer at Denpasar. He let us through without any problem. No consulate letter or fee was needed.
