Yes your home driving licenc has no relevance in bali,but it is ILLEGAL to talk someone into stamping false endorsements into your international licence and IF you have an accident then your travel insurance wont cover you as you are not LEGALLY licenced to ride in bali,that is where the relevance comes in to it for most sensible people,and if you are paying for a licence with false endorsements on it you may as well not bother.
