Our problem is that we are leaving new zealand then having to change planes in sydney for bali,( Only in the transit lounge in sydney) so our bags will be sent direct from new zealand to bali, I believe that we can not take liquid from NZ to Sydney to Bali but thought that we might be able to buy duty free in sydney which would mean that it would need to be hand luggage to Bali,
Do you think that we would be able to buy in NZ probably from a liquor store and put it in our check in luggage?
