In Bali on the 23rd of July, need tips

A buddy of mine just came back from Bali. He gave me a SIM card fro cell phone that has time left. He said I need to dial a number before I dial out. He forgot the number. Can some one help me please?

On the backof the SIM CARD it says

M-ATM
BERSAMA
On the other side says
SimPATI
