Try dialling 01000 then the number for calls to other countries from Bali.
Some sim cards use this prefix and the charges are about 2500rp per minute for the call.
From Bali to call an Aus number, eg 03 9789 1122
you would dial 01000 61 3 9789 1122
Else the usual prefix is 001
