you find on the inter net by $20.00, it's called their price beat guarantee. Does mean you have to search well to find the best price, but it doesn't matter who you find it with, you can book it and feel safe, also their insurance was cheaper over the net.
I've booked our last 3 holidays on the net. with a mix of online travel agents and direct with hotels. I have used Sawadee, Asia rooms, hotel club and flight centre, whoever I find cheaper, so far so good, except flight centre gave my son a child instead of an adult ticket but they are fixing that. I always ring the hotel direct to confirm rooms if booked through an online agent.
This trip I saved about $2,000.00 on a 17night trip for 2 adults and 2 kids insane!!! a lot of this saving is because travel agents in Australia wouldn't let us share a room which doubles the price of accommodation, also on the net there is a much wider and more interesting range of accommodation.
