reverse though when the agent is incompetent, believes you to be the brainless untravelled country bumpkin that wont know if they pay hundreds of dollars more than anyone else and then reminnds you that they are the only agent for hundreds of kilometres so 'what are you going to do about it?' I believe it is our local agent who causes the internet to go down for long periods of time so you cant catch them out with their outrageous pricing :)
