Starclass upgrades Fr Qantas FF tickets

Hi
Recently I used by Qantas Frequent Flyer points to obtain 2 return tickets from Syd to Bali flying Jetstar (of course)

I then contacted Jetstar to nominate my preferred seats and also to ask how much does it cost to upgrade to StarClass.

Just to let everyone know that:-
1. If you obtain your tickets using FF points you are not allowed to nominate your preferred seating, you can only do that if you book directly with Jetstar by phone or internet sales...

2. You are unable to pay for a starclass upgrade if your tickets are from FF points.

It sucks!!!
