Current rate for Dewi Ayu 1 on Monkey Forest is Rp60K - Rp100K in wet season, depending on the location of the room. Older rooms nearer the road are cheaper; newer ones at the back of the property and upstairs are a little more expensive. Dewi Ayu 2 is on Hanoman and rates are similar. Rates for Ubud Bungalows around the same.
If you're looking for a little more comfort, Warjihouse Bungalows in Gang Beji is small and family run. They quote Rp110K / night for fan rooms, including breakfast. They don't have a pool, but you can use the one next door. I walked through the property a few weeks ago and had a peek in the the rooms; it looks very pleasant. Earlier this month I stayed at Gayatri 2 in the same lane (Gang Beji). There's a pool in the complex and I negotiated a fan room for Rp125K/night, including breakfast at Gayatri Cafe up the road. Rooms are clean, linen changed daily and staff are friendly and helpful.
