Negotiate usually means bargain?

I used the word "negotiate" because I don't think Rp125,000 is the advertised rate for these bungalows. I wanted to make other forum members aware that this was the rate offered on the day, so maybe not the rate the bungalows would quote at other times.

Maybe I should have made that clearer. Apologies for not being succinct ;o)
