1/ How long does it take PR to reply to email. I emailled last night and still no reply....what do I do next?

2/ Have booked Villa Naga Maya and will pay 50% via bank wire ?
How do I pay the rest when I am there? They don't have CC facilities yet. I don't think I would be able to draw out millions of rupiah at the ATM would I??

How can I be soooo excited when the trip is still miles off?
