Great, thanks for the info.
I took note of the location and looked at the rooms on the web site and thought it looked too good to be true. Re the quiet nights - I have two children that appreciated their sleep while we like to chill and have a glass of wine/beer or two. Don't much like the all-night pool bar set ups.
