but sorry you have not convinced me to use them. I will never go with anyone who uses Mondial assistance and they do. Our claim was a medical one and they left my husband not responding and getting no medical until they agreed to accept the claim, we had many telephone conversations and in the end i just paid with our visa, draining it totally $3,800 Aus $$, They didn't care that we had no money to eat over the next 2 days nor did they care that we had to pay a hotel biil and it was after 5pm in Australia and no banks open Oh boy did we have a fight on our hands on our return..... we won in the end but it has left a sour taste in mine and my families mouth. Never to use them again. I know we should of just paid it but hey not many people have that kind of money on their 2nd last day in Bali, especially when they had been there for a long time.
I must say it was good to hear a good experience, Thank-you for sharing. As I said it hasn't made me feel any different about Mondial assistance, just my thoughts and opinion.
