Jetstar lost my booking

Not all their fault as because I rang from my car on my mobile - I didn't write down my booking no. Having not yet received my comfirmation by email I contacted them this morning and they have no record of my booking. I don't think I will ever not write down a booking number again. Lesson learned. Just have to wait a few months and hopefully they will have a few bargain packages. cheers.
