Kuta or Sanur for Honeymoon

Having a hard time deciding between Seminyak or Sanur for 5 nights. Looking at Griya Santrian or Laghawa for Sanur and Poppies in Kuta- would any of these meet our criteria????

Wish list (nice to have all but not required):

* Must be extremely clean- preferably less mosquitos
* Looking for hotel with western bathrooms (shower, hot/cold water, flushing toilet) I've stayed in a non-western bathroom & he would not like it.
* $40-100 for most nights
* AC in the room
* Newer/remodeled rooms
* Walking distance to restaurants, shops, beach but NOT in a rowdy hotel where everyone is partying IN the hotel. We enjoy going to nice bars & clubs but still want to sleep at the hotel.
* Prefer on the beach
* Love to snorkel/swim

If you have a fav restaurant or shop by your fav hotel, let us know that too. Seems to add to the charm of the hotel.
