Lovina

Hi all. We are looking at doing a drive up to Lovina Beach, stay overnight and then take the following day to return back to Kuta. What is best to arrange with a driver? Do we keep the same driver for both days? Do we pay his accommodation or does he sleep in the vehicle, find his own accommodation or does he return home overnight? I am not sure how to negotiate this. Any suggestions please would be much appreciated.
