but I can only say the opposite and i actually live here running a hotel. Lovina has had a couple of hard years but this year things have been picking up quite well. A new three star hotel has just opened and looks great. Mas Lovina has been bought by an Australian investor and is being totally renovated and on its beach front there is a full choice of water sports. An American investor has just opened a small boutique hotel called Bali Paradise and looks great. A Dutch guy has bought up hectares of beach front properties all the way to Seririt and is successfully selling them to European investors who want private villas. A new night club opened here last year and would rival any night club in the south.

Look you were here at the quietest time of year May and early June and that has always been the case in Lovina for the 16 years I've been here. Bookings for our European season, which is our main market are looking very strong this year, so really you can't be further from the truth about Lovina dying, far from it.
