Hi, Lovina is well worth visiting, it is real Bali. But to do it in one day is madness. The drive up is nearly 3 hours so you will just spend the day in the car, stay at least one night but I would allow a couple of days at least. We stay at Rambutan and they will arrange for a driver to pick you up and take you back and you can visit the waterfall and anything you want on the way up and back. At Lovina, go snorkelling and if the time is right go out to see the dolphins, also a visit to the Singaraja Market is great. Plenty to do and see up the Lovina area.
