I always thought the whole Ramadan/Idul Fitri period in Bali was colloquially described as Lebaran, but I guess that depends on where you go and what you hear. To me it just meant the odd ATM had run out of money temporarily, some of the Muslim-owned shops were closed, more domestic tourists were in Bali - and some days the traffic was ridiculous because many domestic tourists brought their own vehicles over on the ferries to add to the usual traffic.
