Agree ,prices have gone up drastically over the last few years.but then there is also the currency issue.
The currency rates have changes as well.
But some restaurants and hotels are now more expensive then what we would get at home.
Add the development and the congestion it sure has not gotten better.
Go where the locals shop and eat and its still fairly cheap.
But you cannot blame them to get a living standard like we have.
They see it all on tv and social media
Some places charge 20% tax and service charge,others none....don't know why....seems not really regulated that well
