Thanks for your comments, Mrs Pak always seems to be in Thailand, she was when I was last there in January 2013. I don't think she works there anymore but they won't say that to loose business. Have been happy with the work done when I have dealt with Mrs Pak, but last time not 100% Mrs Pak was away.
