I too have used Mrs Pak - for the last 5 years - and would use her again.
But this time has to take my three rings back 3 times (fortunately we were still in Bali) to have the resizing "done again" as the glue used to stick my smaller gold rings back together kept "showing" leaving black marks on my gold rings.....
Been home 2 months and no further issues - last two times Aug 15 and Dec 15 Mrs Pak was in Thailand and Komang looked after us well.
Tip - when re-sizing rings get a quote here - for no other reason except you can get them sized here so you know what size you want them done as my fingers swell slightly in Bali with the heat and humidity and then on the plane home fingers shrink and rings are too big still :)
