Hi Rhonda - I think LL is referring to a post a couple of weeks ago that said on arrival at DPS they didn't need white card filled in but did have to show boarding pass from flight - don't know if this is the case or not now.
Your post brought up another question I've been wondering. We have a flight with AA in Oct and I have gone in to 'manage my booking' and paid the $22ea for PSC.
I am wondering about Jetstar though. Do you happen to know if they are taking the 200K/$22 fee in Oz on departure (I assume in AUD) or is it being paid at DPS. My husband and 3 newbies are off in May. I normally handle it all but he will just have to fumble thru it - it would be good to know when it is actually being taken but you may not know the answer : )
