LOL I'm not being deliberately difficult but I have to say that with the new airport, Arrivals is pretty simple and ok to navigate, and lets face it everyone is going in same direction...to get out to the streets of Bali...
So they can just follow along ...they all want to get into the country so follow the bodies for VOA, queue for immigrassi and then bags an then customs and out the door where you can be waiting for them.
On Departing there are many different airline desks, different people going in different directions all over airport hallways to different departure gates with limited hard to hear voice over messages so easy to be confused and so my vote is depart with them.
Draw a map of where to go and what to do for VOA etc...
