want you to build them a villa. We have a 30 year lease on an apartment. It is looked after by a management company and the returns are very good. Have also leased a villa on a 3 year arrangement but probably won't continue with that after the 3 years only because I would prefer to stay in the apartment when we are there. So it seems a bit pointless even though rentals are good.
And we are always paying out for something including 10% tax
