Thank you Rhonda,,,for your information,,,yes I am going to do more research..as I am getting different info everytime,,,I know that just building a villa and then renting it out,,,is not that straight foreward,,just thought Id ask the forum for peoples experience on this subject,,,havent committed to anything yet but getting a bit of pressure from friends to go ahead,,,but me thinks its not as easy as they make it sound,,anyone else with info I will gladly like to know,,,otherwise I will just be quite happy just going to beautiful Bali,,and just staying at hotels,,
