There's no such thing.
The account you need to open is a Citibank Plus Transaction account. If you want 2 cards for safety, open a joint account with your partner or another family member. Leave 1 card in hotel safe and carry the other with you. The only ATMs in Bali that charge fees are Commonwealth & ANZ. Avoid them. Use BCA, BNI or one of the other larger Indonesian banks when possible. No fees.
