most of the other have no idea of how things work in Indonesia, as long as they stick to Kuta and the beer temp is ok they are happy. All airports in Indonesia have fixed price taxi, you go to the counter and pay, toll ways are a ++ . last time I was in Darwin the taxi charged me $3 for airport parking and $15 to go 2klms, people complain it cost Rp70000 to Kuta. If you can't afford a taxi fare in Bali you can't afford the holiday. Well done Roo Ted.
