Found the fixed price voucher taxi service worked very well while the old airport terminal was in use - but since things changed with the new international terminal it's been such a shambles that I have gone back to being picked up by a hotel driver.
Sure it costs a few dollars more but I think it's worth it to have someone with your name on a board waiting as you exit and helping with bags etc and avoiding the hassle
