Motorbike Touring

We're making our 12th trip to Bali in March and have explored Southern Bali and most of Ubud exhaustively. I've done the drive up to Lovina a couple of times, and we've done the Bratan/Batur route a few times. For those that enjoy being on a bike can you tell me your favorite routes to take? We'll be based out of Ubud and hope to rent a Tiger, if not then a Bison or similar. Most likely we'll get up around 6am and ride for 5-6 hours then come back and relax. If there is a must-do route that involves an overnight we would consider it.
