hi I was in the same boat booked in October for June
got knock back so was give this email Tony AirAsia Fernandes <tonyfernandes@airasia.com> so I sent a email Sunday night got a reply Monday saying they look in to it by 11am got a call from air asia toll them why I req a refund by 1pm got called back say yes full refund and today got email confirming full refund but will take 30 day so I have rebooked with Jetstar just hope refund turn up
