contact Consumer Affairs and let them know that the flight were sold in Dec as direct flights to and from Bali.
AIRASIA did not have the authority to sell these flights as they did not and still do not have the authorisation on the flight route from Civil Aviation Victoria.
My airasia flight is not on their flight schedule and l cannot get any answers from airasia call centre or E-Form. Shaming them will not work.Let Consumer Affairs deal with them.The more people complain the faster we will get our money back.
