this may affect your chances of bargaining down to an acceptable price.
50 to 70k is certainly very cheap, especially if in a recognised tourist area.
Pricing around Poppies 1 and 2 currently is around 100k for basic accomodation.
You will probably be best to start in one of these short term and then do some door knocking around the area to find a local style room.
You will still be required to pay a "bule" premium over and above any price a local can get.
